Rapp Strategies Inc. is looking for a strategic, collaborative and energetic individual to join our senior team in Minneapolis.
Rapp Strategies, Inc. is seeking a seasoned communications professional to lead client relationships, drive high-impact initiatives and help expand the reach our firm’s services.
A strategic communications and public affairs firm based in Minneapolis, Rapp Strategies advises clients on complex public issues, reputation and risk management, major construction projects and strategic planning. Our clients include private and public companies, professional associations, nonprofits and governmental units.
We’re looking for a dynamic leader who wants to work collaboratively to shape the firm’s services and future strategies with Todd Rapp, the firm’s CEO and President, and the rest of the senior management team.
We’re looking for someone with:
Proven experience in building and maintaining client relationships
Background in public affairs, strategic communications or related fields
Strength in both strategic counsel and project management
Passion for client-centered work and collaboration
Exceptional writing and editing skills across a variety of media channels
Interest and curiosity about the evolving landscape of strategic communications

Key responsibilities include:
Leading client accounts and providing strategic counsel to shape their plans
Managing teams to ensure high-quality and efficient execution of projects
Expanding client relationships and developing business opportunities with new clients
Supporting agency growth in existing services areas and geographies, as well as helping develop new trajectories
Mentoring junior staff and contributing to a positive, inclusive culture
Helping manage firm operations, including internal processes, resource planning and team coordination
