Rapp Strategies, Inc., a strategic counsel and communications firm specializing in issue and reputation management challenges, is looking to add new members to its account team. We work with interesting companies, trade groups, nonprofits and government agencies. Our specialty is our strategic thinking, helping organizations navigate complex issues, mitigate risks, build reputation capital, and leverage big ideas to accomplish their goals.

Based in the Twin Cities, we are seeking a entry-level professionals with strong writing, social media and organizational skills and a collaborative spirit. Working with our account staff and leadership team, you will be asked to produce high-quality work that supports clients' objectives.

At this time, we are prepared to fill two positions, but we may seek additional hires in the coming weeks and months. Some of the skills and experience that Rapp Strategies has found to be advantageous includes:

  • Distinguished writing that is appropriate to the medium and audiences

  • Management of multiple projects or tasks simultaneously

  • Proficiency and creativity across social media platforms

  • Proficiency with the Microsoft suite of software, design programs (such as the Adobe Creative Suite and Canva) and/or website platforms (such as Squarespace and WordPress)

  • Internships or other employment in communications

  • Media or media relations experience

  • Ability to research and distill information

  • Eagerness to learn and grow
