After two decades in management positions with leading news organizations across the country – including the Minnesota Star Tribune, Houston Chronicle, St. Louis Post-Dispatch and Denver Post – Todd knows a thing or two about how the media can impact an organization’s success. With deep newsroom insight and a clear understanding of how reporters evaluate stories and what drives coverage, Todd confidently navigates traditional, digital and social media to improve visibility, shape the public’s perception and understanding of project goals – helping clients break news on their own terms. He is regularly sought by executives and their organizations for his insight into how to manage news crises, engage and inform communities and build strong relationships with members of the media.

As Chief of Staff, Todd also nimbly ensures clients receive the right combination of staff, expertise, and resources to meet their objectives and deliver results. Todd holds an MBA from Texas A&M University.
