Meet Our Team Member

With more than a decade of experience in Minnesota politics, Sean brings deep expertise across the legislative, campaign and private‑sector arenas.  Prior to joining RSI, he held a senior role for the Walz-Flanagan gubernatorial operation, managed two competitive congressional races, worked on the government relations team for one of Minnesota’s premier private companies and was a Legislative Assistant in the Minnesota Senate for three sessions — experience that gives him a rare, 360‑degree understanding of how policy, politics and public engagement intersect.

Now Sean advises clients on complex, politically charged initiatives involving transportation, utilities and public policy at the local, statewide and multi‑state levels. He specializes in designing comprehensive outreach and messaging strategies that align public communication, stakeholder engagement and media efforts — helping stakeholders move from awareness to active participation.

Known for his collaborative and inclusive leadership style, Sean brings clarity, alignment and momentum to projects where trust and long‑term outcomes matter most.

Sean sits on the board for the Fentanyl Free Minnesota. He also sits on the board for the Futsal Society and Fawkes Alley.
