Julia is a strategic communications professional and creative problem-solver with a passion for helping organizations navigate complex public issues and tell engaging, impactful stories. She brings experience leading communications strategy for local governments, utilities, nonprofit organizations and major infrastructure and community investment initiatives across the Midwest.

Her work includes developing messaging platforms, coordinating media relations, guiding stakeholder and community engagement efforts and supporting organizations through high-profile issues, crisis communications and reputational risk management. Julia is particularly skilled at translating complex policy, infrastructure, energy and public-sector topics into accessible, community-focused communications that build trust and support informed decision-making.

With deep knowledge of the Twin Cities region and Minnesota’s public affairs landscape, Julia brings a thoughtful, collaborative approach to communications strategy, helping clients navigate sensitive conversations while staying grounded in transparency, clarity and long-term community impact.
